Buy to let mortgage rates for Limited Companies

The following product ranges are available to trading limited companies, SPVs and LLPs. Up to six directors may apply but at least one must already be a landlord.

Choose the Classic Range for loans of:
  • £50k - £400k up to 80% LTV
  • £50k - £600k up to 75% LTV

Choose the Premier Range for loans of:
  • £600k - £1m up to 70% LTV

Lender Arrangement Fee: 2.75% added to loan
Early Repayment Charges: 3 year rates - 5% in year 1, 4% in year 2, 3% in year 3
5 year rates - 5% in year 1, 4% in year 2, 3% in year 3, 2% in years 4 & 5

Rent to Interest Cover: 125%, 130% or 150% of product pay rate, (see table below).
