Premier Range buy to let mortgage rates

The Premier Range caters for landlords looking to borrow between £600k and £1m. These rates are available to 70% LTV on standard buy to let and multi-unit properties. The rates are not available on HMOs.

Premier Range for Private Individuals
Lender Arrangement Fee: 2.50% added to loan
Early Repayment Charges: 3 year rates - 5% in year 1, 4% in year 2, 3% in year 3
5 year rates - 5% in year 1, 4% in year 2, 3% in year 3, 2% in years 4 & 5 Tracker - 3% in year 1, 2% in year 2, 1% in year 3

Rent to Interest Cover: 125%, 130% or 150% of product pay rate, (see table below).

LIBOR: LIBOR 0.60% wef. 15 November 2014
